I also really love the hush puppies with the remoulade sauce. Oh heck, now I need to have Mudbugs for dinner tonight because my mouth is watering :)

The hushpuppies are pure heaven. They melt in your mouth and I always have to have an extra order!

 

Short of going to NO, best Dirty Rice ever. The blend of spices and flavors is so harmonious it is like a party in your mouth. The rice is perfectly cooked and the spicy is just right. It is awesome!  It is like being in NO. The food is so authentic and the family atmosphere is wonderful.

 

Shrimp Etouffee - a rich and creamy bite of heaven

 

Gene ~ It's a tossup between Chicken and sausage gumbo and the shrimp po'boy.

 

Love your gator poboys. Try not to miss a gator day if possible. It is difficult to choose because everything is delicious!

 

I absolutely LOVED your hush puppies, with the l ittle bit of corn in them. YUM!! Also the crawfish casserole was to die for. We will be back!

 

I love the crawfish casserole. It kinda reminds me of the crawfish pie my mawmaw used to make (without the crust). I would LOVE it if Mudbugs would make a crawfish pie. :)
